Here at Mindful Living Psychotherapy, I have experience helping people make meaningful changes in their lives. Often, the first step towards change is the hardest. I provide a safe and comfortable place to begin this process. With the belief that everyone is doing the best they can with what they know, I work from a non-judgmental and caring place. I help individuals connect more to their authentic selves and to live a more congruent and values-driven life.
In addition, I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ folx and provide gender affirming care. I also offer a space for clients to explore and talk about sexuality and alternatives in relationships, be it polyamory, or ethical non-monogamy, and kinky lifestyles.
With each client I work with, I strive to offer a non-judgmental and accepting space that feels safe to try out new ideas and take risks.
