With its core based on Mindfulness, it emphasizes living in the moment and teaches you how to build a life worth living versus one of just surviving. It gives you the skills for handling many of life's challenges with more grace and confidence than you may have thought possible.
It is a structured 6 month long program that covers skills pertaining to mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. It is composed of weekly individual therapy and a weekly skills building group.
